I really enjoyed really helpful personnel that ensures guests have a good stay. Its location is exceptionally nice, next to easy ski in/ski out as well as Altapura, gorgeous area. And its by Le Doron de Belleville.

Variety of food for breakfast, which was delightful to satisfy everyone. The rooms were all modern and big with a mountain view. We had a really amazing stay that met every demand, would go back in flash.

The club queen room is decent size, we also really enjoyed delightful views. They offer a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The units are well-equipped, tastefully decorated with lovely view of the mountain. The super nice area is a marvellous and fab location for skiing. All in all they offer fantastic service.

Really enjoyed staying at the club double room. The staff were very amiable and helped us with private parking. The hotel was in a perfect location just off all 3 restaurants, Val Thorens or even all the Les 3 Vallées and the slopes, ski. Besides, Musaraigne Ski Lift was nearby.

It's fabulous base for sightseeing and exploring Val Thorens. The staff are amazingly attentive and useful and ready to help if you need anything. The room is tastefully decorated and there are stunningly beautiful views of the mountain. The location is unbeatable, 1 km from Plein Sud Ski Lift. The a la carte restaurant is elegant place to hang out. We would happily go back again, thanks for the just perfect stay.

The breakfast had a lot of outstanding food and drinks. The staff was attentive and useful, everything was nice. Location: the hotel was very close to the town centre and restaurants, the French Alps and the main ski slopes of Val thorens.

The location was nice - just 5 minutes' walk from Musaraigne Ski Lift. The room we had included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

I had the best hotel experience at Altapura. The staff went above and beyond, always happy to chat and show interest. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. The hotel shuttle was a convenient way to explore the village at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the in-room Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The hotel had multiple restaurants with great food options, and the live musical performances in the bar area added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

The setting was quite marvellous and perfect within easy reach of Peclet Gondola.

Just about everything! A fantastic hotel from the second you step inside. The decor is amazing, very modern but all natural looking woods, granite, fur chairs and stools etc. Lovely ambience in the bar area in the evening with a wood burning fire and comfy chairs. The ski in / ski out is 10 steps from the boot room so no poling! Good position on the slope so easy to start skiing almost immediately. The spa is very relaxing and the indoor pool warm and inviting.The staff are extremely helpful in every way with every little detail / request attended to quickly and willingly; they even know exactly who you are and call you by name which is a nice personal touch. We will be back.

There is hardly anything we as a group of six ladies did not like. It would have been useful to have a mirror in the main bedroom rather than just the bathroom. Being English, we would have liked tea-making facilities in the bedroom. The hotel was expensive and we would have liked the food and drink to be 20% cheaper - if it had been we would have spent more time at the bar rather than heading into town (which isn't very far, just walking distance). A gin and tonic was 12 euros and a pot of tea was 5.50 euros.
